I'm always thinking, "I should put that in the blog..." and then I remember how behind I am and how much I'd like it all caught up. But who really cares, right? It's frustrating. So here's my attempt to start 'er up again. This is for me, for you, and mostly the kids.
Ryker turned 3 years old today. I can hardly believe it. He's a pretty good kid who loves his sisters. He's testing a lot as all three year olds do. He absolutely must do everything himself. Although he doesn't mind me changing his diapers still. Today I told him he's a big three year old so he needs to start using the potty and wearing underwear. I wish I could just stop buying them and making him learn that way, but Kendyll and Riley still need them. I think once Ryker starts using the potty, Kendyll will soon follow.
The bonus kicker about having the kids so close in age, Kendyll picks up on Ryker's antics and mimics him. So it's like having Ryker going through the torrential/terroristic/terrific threes AND Kendyll going through the terrible twos and threes. Thanks, Kendyll, for keeping things interesting around here. Good news with that is she wants to dress herself, bad news is that her opinions are getting stronger by the minute.
